Jessie & Joal | Intimate River Front wedding | Edisto River , SC

This day… I don’t have the words to fully express how amazing it was but I will give it a shot. Jessie and Joal had an intimate backyard wedding on some friends land along the Edisto river with just their closest family and friends, about 30ish people to be exact. Every single detail from this day was beautifully curated by Jessie, Emily (event coordinator) and Wilder Bloom (florist). I will never be over the florals from this day, truly. Jessie’s love for all things thrifted made its self known through out the day, everything from the candle holders to the furniture were thrifted by her. Then not to mention that Jessie and Joal are pretty much models made my “job” too easy. Their love is peaceful and joyful. This showed in their intimate ceremony in which Jessie’s father married them, they laughed and cried throughout their vowels (where they both unknowingly asked “do you like lizards” as some inside joke), and then celebrated as they officially became husband and wife. They joined cocktail hour with their people socializing and enjoying then evening. Stepping into their reception Joal, who is a vary talented musician, sang a special song just for Jessie and their is nothing sweeter! Then they celebrated the night away with pizza and dancing. There is just so many parts of this day that I wish you could all see and feel but then again it was meant for them and their closest people. so enjoy the photos of the new Mr. & Mrs. Rush!
